Presenting the Pappy Van Winkle Tradition, a blend that will represent and honor the iconic Van Winkle family. This blend has a storied history with great significance to Drew Estate. Back in 2010, Jonathan Drew invited Willy Herrera to visit La Gran Fabrica in Nicaragua to test his blending skills with 2 days of non-stop blending. This was a tryout of sorts and if you are familiar with the brand, you know he passed with flying colors and is now the master blender at Drew Estate. Several years down the road, Julian Van Winkle hand picked one of these original blends to represent is famed Old Rip Van Winkle bourbon. It’s a delicate blend that balances strength, spice, taste and aroma. If you’ve tried the bourbon, you know that they wouldn’t put their names on anything but the best… suffice to say, these cigars are absolutely top-notch.
